Transition of SAP ERP HCM to SAP HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4)
Transition of the existing SAP HCM landscape to SAP H4S4 as a brownfield upgrade: Retention of all required data, customizing settings, in-house developments, forms, workflows, and interfaces; conversion of ESS/MSS applications to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. Productive use of the target architecture by December 31, 2027, at the latest. The project is explicitly designed as a transition project, not a transformation project, with the retention of existing HR processes and master data structures. A fundamental functional redesign or optimization of existing business processes is not part of the project.
