Transport of Garbage Trucks by Ferry for 2026-2027
Transport of municipal garbage trucks from Aegina to Piraeus for waste disposal at the Fyli landfill and return by ferry boats. Vehicle transports will occur every day of the week. The carrier must possess at least one closed-type ferry boat capable of operating in winds up to 7 Beaufort. Vehicles to be transported include: a tractor-trailer combination for a garbage truck with a total length of 16.00 m, garbage trucks with a length of 8.50 m, box trucks with a length of 8.00 m, a MAN recycling truck with a length of 9.00 m, a sewage tanker with a length of 8.50 m, trucks with a length of up to 6.00 m, and trucks with a length of up to 5.00 m (including driver's ticket). The estimated contract value is 223,764.34 Euros plus 53,680.06 Euros VAT.
