The four-story building, without a basement, features wood-hybrid construction with an attached steel structure, a maximum building height of 16.30 m above ground floor finished floor level, building dimensions of 41.65 m x 26.65 m, and a gross floor area (GFA) of approx. 3,650 m². Services include: approx. 268 m² partition walls (single stud frame), approx. 217 m² partition walls (double stud frame), approx. 23 m² partition walls (furring wall), approx. 11 m² cement board wall cladding, approx. 18 m² dry plaster, 10 pcs. wall tapers, approx. 953 m² suspended ceiling sheep wool with insulation layer (flame-retardant), approx. 832 m² suspended ceiling sheep wool with insulation layer (flame-retardant), approx. 160 m² suspended ceiling gypsum boards (single-layer), approx. 24 m² suspended ceiling gypsum boards (double-layer, EI 90), approx. 180 m² wood component cladding with fire protection board, 13 pcs. ceiling mounts for built-in elements, approx. 224 m² single-track curtain rails, approx. 52 m² motorized curtain rails, approx. 525 m² curtain fabric (sound insulation, privacy screen), approx. 243 m² curtain fabric (sound insulation, blackout), and approx. 296 m² painting works (primer, finish coat).
