Drywall construction for Federal Police Potsdam, Buildings 13 and 14

Installation of drywall partitions, furring walls, and suspended ceilings in buildings 13 and 14. Reinforcement of existing timber beam ceilings for wall placement, completion of the uppermost insulation layer in the attic/loft. Detailed technical clarification, workshop, and installation planning, including structural analysis by the contractor, are required. Scope includes approx. 1,600 m² drywall partitions (up to D = 150 mm) and furring walls (partially with sound insulation, fire protection, and burglar resistance requirements), approx. 1,250 m² roof structure/sloping roof claddings including knee wall claddings, approx. 1,100 m² insulation work (partially between rafters, insulation overlays, or blown-in insulation), approx. 1,300 m² suspended (up to H = 700 mm) or self-supporting ceilings with claddings made of plasterboard, perforated gypsum boards, cement boards (partially with wide-span girders or flexible), approx. 515 m² dovetail screed (thickness 55 mm) including full-surface construction/walking surface of wood/wood-based material under dovetail profiles, and approx. 50 units installation of new timber beams and trimmers (length over 1 m to 6 m) for supporting drywall partitions on timber beam ceilings in longitudinal direction to the ceiling's span direction.
