Drywall construction for a school expansion in timber construction with two floors and approx. 1,600 m² gross floor area: approx. 330 m² metal stud walls of various thicknesses, partly with fire protection and sound insulation requirements; approx. 720 m² plasterboard linings in front of solid wood and timber stud walls; approx. 60 m² suspended plasterboard ceilings; approx. 600 m² suspended acoustic ceilings made of magnesite-bonded wood wool panels, partly fire protection class A2; approx. 500 m² direct plasterboard cladding of timber walls and ceilings for fire protection reasons; drywall enclosures and various types of cladding for installations. Estimated start date is March 1, 2027, estimated completion date is November 30, 2027.
