Drywall works for the Fraunhofer ITWM House J+K extension building, Fraunhofer Platz 1, 67663 Kaiserslautern, service start 18.12.2026, service end 30.04.2027: approx. 2,250 m² plasterboard walls (wall heights up to 4.0 m, wall thicknesses from 150 to 200 mm, partly with connection to raised floors); approx. 110 m² impregnated plasterboard walls (various thicknesses); approx. 101 m² plasterboard fire protection walls (fire resistance classes F30 and F90); approx. 166 m² furring walls; approx. 37 shaft walls; approx. 153 door openings (including integrated substructures in widths from 0.885 m to 2.30 m); approx. 2,700 linear meters of rigid and sliding connections for standard, impregnated, and fire protection walls; approx. 1,025 linear meters of corner and edge protection up to 4.0 m installation height; approx. 2,500 linear meters of permanent elastic joint formation and shadow joints.
