Specialized Youth Care (FACT): Interim accession to the framework agreement, Lot 7. Integration of FACT as a recognized service within provision financing. Funding for FACT occurs via regular iJw messaging based on function-oriented tariffs to cover FACT-specific additional costs. FACT usage per client and municipality is transparent and traceable, making accountability and auditing (requirement 54 of the procurement documents) applicable as for other lots. FACT usage as a Lot 7 provision is visible in monitoring systems as an outpatient alternative. The product is open to all providers meeting additional admission requirements, ensuring market operation and freedom of choice. Further details are to be determined.
