Framework Agreement for Tent Services for Events and Exercises

Rental of tent services: Framework agreement for events, exercises, and activities of the Establishment and Terrain Command (ETK), the Ministry of Defence, and subordinate authorities. Delivery to locations throughout Denmark, including non-bridged islands (minor need). Duration 4 years, estimated annual value 35,000,000 DKK excl. VAT, estimated total value 140,000,000 DKK excl. VAT, maximum value 280,000,000 DKK excl. VAT. Includes tents for events and sanitary facilities, tents for accommodation and sanitary facilities, materials such as office and residential trailers, refrigeration and freezer containers for food storage, and technical equipment (fences, lighting, heating/cooling, power, cables). The framework agreement will be concluded with two suppliers; tasks are primarily assigned to the first-priority supplier, and to the second-priority supplier only in specific situations as per point 8 of the framework agreement.
