Long-term loan of 6,000,000.00 PLN: financing of the planned budget deficit and repayment of previously incurred obligations from securities issuance and loans; currency Polish Zloty (PLN); contract duration from signing until 31.12.2031; credit availability from signing, no later than 30.12.2026; repayment over 36 months (01.01.2029 to 31.12.2031) in monthly installments; first capital installment by 31.01.2029; grace period for capital repayment until 31.12.2028; no grace period for interest repayment; disbursement in tranches as per client's dispositions without commissions or fees; interest calculated on actual debt from the date of fund transfer, based on the actual number of credit days; contractor's remuneration solely through credit interest; no other fees or commissions allowed; possibility to utilize a smaller loan amount without additional costs; right to early partial or full repayment without additional costs; variable interest rate based on 1-month WIBOR plus a fixed margin; interest repayment in monthly installments from the last day of each month in the years 2027-2031; capital repayment schedule: 2029 total 2,000,000.00 PLN (10 installments of 170,000.00 PLN from January to October, 2 installments of 150,000.00 PLN from November to December), 2030 total 2,000,000.00 PLN (10 installments of 170,000.00 PLN from January to October, 2 installments of 150,000.00 PLN from November to December), 2031 total 2,000,000.00 PLN (10 installments of 170,000.00 PLN from January to October, 2 installments of 150,000.00 PLN from November to December).
