Overall construction logistics for the general refurbishment of the main building of the Wallraf-Richartz Museum and the extension building Wallraff-Richartz Museum & Fondation Corboud: Planning and updating of construction logistics and its implementation, including access control, traffic management, site demarcation, signage and markings, winter construction protection measures, supply and disposal network for drinking water and wastewater, central disposal logistics, construction power, and construction lighting. The general refurbishment must be completed simultaneously with the extension building. High coordination and cooperation are required with the parallel trades KG 400 (HVAC and electrical), window works, roof sealing works, natural stone facade, and interior fit-out (general contractor interior fit-out).
