Embankment reinforcement of the Kłodawa River over 4.9 km, Pruszcz Gdański Municipality

Design and construction for the Kłodawa River embankment reinforcement: Development of multi-branch project documentation and execution of construction works for the reinforcement of the Kłodawa River embankments over approximately 5.27 km in the section from km 6+685 to 11+957, excluding the A1 motorway section at km 9+800-9+900. The project, named for a length of 4.9 km, aims to improve flood protection for the localities of Cieplewo, Łęgowo, Rusocin, and Żukczyn in the Pruszcz Gdański municipality, covering a protected area of 850 ha. Works include preparatory works, demolition works, earthworks, construction works, and additional works. The execution period is up to 29 months from contract signing, divided into a design phase (Phase I) of up to 20 months (Stage I up to 11 months, Stage II up to 17 months, Stage III up to 20 months) and a construction phase (Phase II) of up to 29 months. The minimum warranty period for construction works is 60 months, with a maximum scored warranty period of 84 months. The estimated net contract value is 9,756,097.56 PLN. A bid bond of 60,000.00 PLN is required.
