Renovation and Modification Works for Säviä Fishing Harbor

Renovation and modification works for the Säviä fishing harbor building in Pielavesi: The total contract includes the role of main contractor and principal contractor for construction safety according to Government Decree 205/2009 §2 point 4. All construction, HVAC, and electrical works are included, completed fully according to the planning documents, along with all necessary site services and site management duties. The contractor is responsible for preparing and approving safety documents required by authorities, preparing safety plans, and updating the safety document. Site services according to YSE 1998 §3 are detailed in the contract boundary appendix.
