Renovation, Extension, and Superstructure of Building No. 2 with a Connecting Corridor for the Cardiology and Internal Medicine Clinics – Phase I: Construction of the Connecting Corridor (Design-Build): Execution is exclusively in 3D modular construction with a steel structure. The scope includes the preparation of project documentation, construction works, and the completion of angiographic laboratories on the second floor. The completion of MRI laboratories on the -1 floor is the responsibility of the equipment supplier. A warranty period of at least 36 months and a maximum of 60 months must be offered for the executed works, materials, equipment, and installations. Physical workers of the contractor and subcontractors must be employed under an employment contract; further items as per the tender documents.
