Reconstruction, Extension, and Expansion of Building 2 with Connector for Cardiology and Internal Medicine (Design-Build, Phase I: Connector Construction)

Reconstruction, extension, and expansion of Building 2 with a connector for the Cardiology Clinic and Internal Medicine Clinic in a design-build system (Phase I: construction of the connector): Execution is exclusively in 3D modular construction with a steel structure. The scope includes the development of project documentation. Finishing of the angiography labs on the second floor is the responsibility of the contractor, while finishing of the MRI lab on level -1 is by the equipment and apparatus supplier. A warranty period of at least 36 months, but not longer than 60 months, must be provided for the executed works, installed/built-in materials, delivered devices, and installations, calculated from the acceptance date of the entire order. The contractor and its subcontractors must employ physical workers directly involved in general construction work under an employment contract.
