Renovation, superstructure, and extension of Building No. 2 with a connecting corridor for the Cardiology and Internal Medicine Clinics, executed as a design-build project, Phase I: Construction of the connecting corridor. The service includes the development of project documentation and construction works, exclusively using 3D modular steel construction technology. The fit-out of the angiography laboratories on the second floor is part of the contractor's scope, while the fit-out of the MRI laboratories on the basement level is the responsibility of the equipment supplier. A warranty period of at least 36 months, but not exceeding 60 months, is required. Manual laborers must be employed by the contractor and subcontractors under an employment contract; further items as per the tender documents.
