Reconstruction of Existing Buildings and Land Development in Łódź

Design and construction services: preparation of complete design and cost documentation, obtaining necessary approvals and permits, and execution of construction works for the renovation and reconstruction of buildings, including partial change of use, demolitions, land development, and essential technical infrastructure. The project will be carried out under a "design and build" system. The properties are located in Łódź, including buildings on plot 395/1, where the front building with outbuildings at ul. Piotrkowska 41 is registered as a monument (A/397) and other buildings are listed in the Municipal Register of Monuments. The area is registered as an urban complex (A/48). There is an option for repeat orders for similar construction works within 3 years from the award of the basic contract, up to 20% of the net value of the basic contract, based on negotiations with the contractor.
