Engineering services according to HOAI 2021 for the full renovation and conversion of a staff restaurant in Peine after gutting: expansion of the dining area by approx. 103 m² to a total area of approx. 272 m², increase of seating capacity from approx. 90 to 135 guests, planning for the serving of 2 x 130 (total 260) meals per day. Functional areas include dining room with 135 seats, serving and cashier with salad bar, dishwashing room, cold kitchen, preparation, kitchen management office, changing rooms/WC, waste, dry storage, goods delivery, cold rooms, and hot kitchen. Services are divided into Lot 1 (object and structural planning) and Lot 2 (technical equipment).
