Reconstruction of premises for the Municipal Center for Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation in Suwałki within the Suwałki City Office building: removal of a customer service window and counter, breaking through a doorway with the construction of a new wall and installation of new aluminum doors with transom, demolition of wall and floor coverings, bricking up two doorways, installation of new wall coverings including painting, replacement of floor covering, adaptation of electrical, heating, and air conditioning installations to the new interior. A detailed description is provided in Annex 10, bill of quantities, room layout, and technical specification. All works must be carried out in accordance with technical documentation and applicable technical conditions and regulations. Equivalent solutions for standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and technical reference systems are permitted. If trademarks are used, equivalent materials or equipment with similar or better technical and qualitative parameters are allowed. All labels confirming equivalent requirements are accepted. Certificates issued by other equivalent conformity assessment bodies or other suitable evidence are acceptable. For KNR/KNNR specifications regarding specific equipment, the use of other equipment is permitted provided the project parameters are met and no inconsistency with the technical documentation arises. Equivalent solutions for standards must meet at least the requirements specified in the standards. For technical assessments, specifications, and reference systems, products, materials, or systems with technical, functional, and qualitative parameters no worse than those listed are considered equivalent. further items as per the tender documents
