Reconstruction of tram line, power and stop infrastructure, and water network modernization on ul. Legionów and ul. Zielona
Design, construction works, and author's supervision for the reconstruction of the existing tram line, the road system for public transport, the construction and reconstruction of associated infrastructure of all trades, green area development, as well as the execution of power and stop infrastructure (MCI tasks) and the modernization of the water network (ZWiK tasks). The works are divided into six tasks: 1. Modernization of the tram network at the intersection of Legionów, Kasprzaka, Włókniarzy, and Zielona, including sections of Legionów from the intersection to ul. Konstantynowska (railway viaduct), and Konstantynowska from ul. Legionów (railway viaduct) to al. Unii Lubelskiej (with intersection). 2. Modernization of the tram network on ul. Zielona from the intersection to ul. Żeromskiego (without intersection), including necessary fragments of cross streets. 3. Modernization of the tram network on ul. Zielona from ul. Żeromskiego (with intersection) to ul. Wólczańska (without intersection). 4. Modernization of the tram network on ul. Legionów from ul. Kasprzaka (without intersection) to ul. Żeligowskiego (with intersection). 5. Modernization of the water network with connections on ul. Legionów in the section from ul. Żeligowskiego to Al. Włókniarzy. 6. Modernization of the water network with connections on ul. Zielona in the section from ul. Legionów to ul. Wólczańska. Green public procurement procedures apply, aiming at environmental protection and waste reduction, including material delivery management, limitation of negative environmental impact, a waste management plan, site cleanup, and recultivation of green areas. Modernization is understood as the upgrading of fixed assets to increase utility value, falling under reconstruction or expansion according to construction law. further items as per the tender documents.
