Renovation of the Tax Office building in Krosno for energy efficiency improvement

Notice title: Przebudowa budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Krośnie w ramach zadania: „Przebudowa w celu poprawy efektywności energetycznej budynku Urzędu Skarbowego w Krośnie przy ul. Składowej 5”.

Construction works for the renovation of the Tax Office building in Krosno, Składowa 5: Renovation of the existing building according to building permit no. 114/2024 dated 15.07.2024 and demolition of the central heating chimney on plot no. 383/7 according to demolition permit no. 113/2024 dated 15.07.2024, based on documentation by Karol Bulanda. The scope includes insulation of external walls, ventilated and solid flat roofs, and external walls at ground level; damp-proofing; dismantling and installation of new windows and doors in a "warm installation" system with window opening sensors; construction of a mechanical supply and exhaust ventilation system with heat recovery and a roof ventilation unit; establishment of a Building Management System (BMS); renovation of the central heating boiler room with dismantling of old and installation of new gas-fired condensing boilers including accessories and flue gas discharge system; installation of a new central heating system with insulated pipes and new radiators with thermostatic valves; dismantling and installation of an air conditioning system with a roof outdoor unit; lighting modernization by replacing luminaires with LED luminaires and wiring; installation of a photovoltaic system; new roof covering (asphalt felt); associated finishing works (painting, plastering, restoration to original state); external works (dismantling, demolition, reassembly); installation and restoration of the lightning protection system; demolition of a chimney; reinforced concrete structure and restoration of a retaining wall; installation of stainless steel balustrades, gutters and downpipes, and ventilation grilles. Additionally, the installation of roof safety anchors is included.
