Conversion of an Industrial Monument for the Wartburgarena

Site setup, dewatering works, earthworks with approx. 650 m³ excavation for building pits and foundations, and approx. 19,000 m³ gravel backfill and building pit backfill. Drainage works and ground pipes include approx. 750 m wastewater ground pipes, approx. 110 m grease wastewater ground pipes, approx. 600 m rainwater ground pipes (for roof drainage), approx. 50 m wastewater pressure pipes, approx. 100 m cable protection and electrical conduits, approx. 15 wastewater and approx. 25 rainwater manholes, and 2 grease separator systems with lifting units. Early media installation in adjacent outdoor areas comprises approx. 1,500 m³ excavation for pipe and manhole trenches, approx. 350 m³ pipe bedding and pipe casing, approx. 900 m³ trench backfill, approx. 255 m rainwater channels, 5 rainwater manholes, and 7 storage channel elements. Masonry works include approx. 1,500 m² non-load-bearing sand-lime brick masonry. Concrete and reinforced concrete works involve approx. 5,200 m² blinding layers, approx. 2,200 m³ concrete for deep foundations, individual and strip foundations, foundation slab, and deeper structural elements, approx. 5,200 m² reinforced concrete floor slabs (of which approx. 2,600 m² under the playing field), approx. 7,800 m² reinforced concrete walls (partly in fair-faced concrete quality), approx. 1,100 linear meters reinforced concrete columns and wall projections, approx. 320 m³ reinforced concrete for beams/girders and similar structural elements, approx. 4,000 m² floor, roof, and platform ceilings, approx. 10 precast stair flights, approx. 90 large-format precast grandstand and grandstand stair elements, and approx. 1,600 t reinforcing steel including reinforcement for precast elements. Electrical installations in shell construction include approx. 5,500 m earthing, potential equalization, and lightning protection conductors, approx. 1,050 m concrete installation pipes, approx. 110 concrete installation boxes and casings, approx. 80 cable entry systems, and approx. 15 double sealing packs for gas- and pressure-water-tight building entries. Waterproofing works include approx. 550 m² bituminous external wall and plinth waterproofing, approx. 550 m² perimeter insulation, approx. 225 m² fresh concrete composite waterproofing (FBVS), and approx. 80 m injection hoses for construction and predetermined crack joints.
