Reconstruction of District Heating Network with Pre-insulated Pipes 2xDn400 in Szczecin – Stage II

Reconstruction of a high-parameter district heating network, a heating connection, and chamber C10 at ul. św. św. Cyryla i Metodego in Szczecin: The investment includes the dismantling of existing reinforced concrete ducts and the construction of a district heating network with pre-insulated pipes of insulation series 2. The existing heating chamber No. C10 is designated for renovation. Construction works must be carried out according to the project documentation provided by the client. The contractor is responsible for providing the necessary materials, equipment, and resources. The description of the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 10 (OPZ), consisting of Project Documentation (technical project) and Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB), and in the contract template (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ). The contractor is obliged to apply the client's rules as expressed in the following documents: E.ON Supplier Code, Environmental Guidelines for Suppliers of Goods and Services, General Conditions for the Execution and Acceptance of Works for SEC Sp. z o.o., Information Clause, and an OHS statement. Interruptions in heat distribution to consumers must be limited to the necessary minimum; permissible interruptions, their number, and duration are specified in the Contract Template (Annex No. 9 to the SWZ). The exact date of heat supply interruptions must be agreed with the client at least 9 days before the planned shutdown. A shutdown of heat supply is not permitted from December 1, 2026, to May 10, 2027, and after September 30, 2027.
