Renovation for Cardiology Laboratory

Renovation of former operating rooms into cardiology laboratories for PCI and ablation: The premises are technology-intensive, and design requirements correspond to those of operating theaters. The areas are surrounded by spaces accessible for healthcare, with eye surgeries in adjacent rooms. A new roof membrane will be laid on the existing outer roof, and adjacent windows will be replaced. The existing fan room on the outer roof, where ventilation units for the cardiology laboratory are placed, will be expanded. The main area is approximately 2,800 m². An option for approximately 470 m² in direct connection includes a shell renovation to create new staff rooms, storage areas, and a corridor.
