Conversion of warehouse to medical and veterinary waste incinerator (9.6 Mg/day) with infrastructure
Conversion of a warehouse building into a medical and veterinary waste incineration plant with a nominal capacity of 0.4 Mg/h (9.6 Mg/day): This includes the construction of a modular gatehouse, waste shelters, fences, hardened areas, a truck scale, an external filter, an emission chimney, and two sealed, double-walled buffer tanks for industrial wastewater. Also included are connections for water, sanitary sewage, and heating, as well as external installations for water, sanitary sewage, rainwater drainage, gas, and an electrical cable line with lighting poles. The service comprises the development of technical project (PT) and executive project (PW), delivery, execution, assembly, integration, commissioning, and handover of the complete thermal treatment plant in an existing hall, along with necessary construction, installation, and landscaping works. Excluded are electricity generation (cogeneration) with a gross electrical output of 150 kWe and a gross thermal output of 1500 kW, as well as the photovoltaic (PV) installation. Heat recovery from exhaust gases via a heat recovery boiler and heat transfer system remains part of the scope. The technical design must include space reserves and mechanical and electrical interfaces for future cogeneration and photovoltaic installations. The procedure is conducted via competitive dialogue; the detailed technical and functional scope will be specified during dialogue with bidders.
