Design and build services for the reconstruction and expansion of Building B1 of the Psychiatry Clinics in Łódź: Task 1 involves the design and construction of a new single-story, basement building for a new Admissions Room, a Mental Health Center, and a Day Ward. This new building will be functionally connected to the existing Building B1 via a connector, with fire safety regulations to be observed. Task 2 includes the reconstruction of selected areas on the ground floor of the existing Building B1, covering the current Admissions Room and the Nuclear Medicine Department, which will be relocated. The scope of services includes the preparation of the construction project, obtaining the building permit, preparing a multi-branch executive project, carrying out construction works, obtaining the occupancy permit, and commissioning the newly created hospital areas.
