Reconstruction and Expansion of Włókniarz Cinema-Theater for Cultural Purposes as part of Urban Revitalization

Reconstruction, expansion, superstructure, and adaptation of the former Włókniarz cinema-theater and its surroundings for cultural purposes: demolition works, utility connections, roof reconstruction, facade construction, facade renovation using conservation methods, renovation of door joinery, replacement of windows, construction of a staircase with an elevator shaft, reconstruction and expansion of the dressing room complex, expansion of the stage area and multi-functional hall, reconstruction of the concert hall, expansion and reconstruction of the basement, installation of hydrant, central heating, water/sewer, electrical, low-current, fire alarm, and access systems, installation of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, installation of a photovoltaic system, finishing and assembly works, supply and installation of cinema, stage, and sound equipment, tree felling, compensatory planting, landscaping, site development including construction of parking lots, maneuvering and fire access roads, installation of small architecture and site lighting. Participation requires proof of financial capacity of at least 5,000,000.00 PLN and evidence of at least 2 construction projects, each valued at a minimum of 15,000,000.00 PLN gross, completed within the last 5 years, with at least one building being a listed monument or located in a conservation zone. Required personnel include a construction manager (structural engineering), a works manager (installation: ventilation, gas, water, sewage), a works manager (installation: electrical), and a works manager (installation: telecommunications), each with at least 5 years of professional experience after obtaining their qualifications.
