Reconstruction and Functional Improvement of a Kitchen Complex for a Temporary Kitchen

Construction works for the conversion of an existing hospital laundry (building „P“) into a temporary hospital kitchen: Renovation of existing laundry rooms on the ground floor (426.52 m²) and relocation of the mop laundry, conversion of building „P“ into a temporary kitchen (ground floor 733.45 m², basement approx. 355 m²), each including sanitary and electrical installations. Installation of built-in kitchen equipment according to the gastronomy technology project with two employee training sessions. Extension of the building with a roof (canopy) over the laundry ramp (steel structure approx. 4100x3600mm). Replacement of hot water and circulation pipelines in the crawl space (approx. 2x105.0m length) between building „P“ and building „K“. Connection of planned installations, telecommunication, and IT systems to the existing hospital infrastructure with multi-trade training. Fire compartmentation of existing stairwells in the basement. Replacement of 2 elevators in building „P“ (capacity 1300 kg/17 persons, 2 stops). Works will be carried out in an active facility.
