Design and build services for the redevelopment and construction of pedestrian paths and a square: Creation of complete project documentation for the redevelopment and construction of pedestrian paths and a square adjacent to the southern wing of the former Jesuit College in Kalisz, a registered historical monument; execution of construction works according to this documentation. The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund as part of 'Nasze dziedzictwo – od Jezuitów do św. Józefa'. The detailed scope is defined in Annex 1 (Functional-Utility Program – Task No. 1) and Annex 9 (Essential Contract Provisions) of the tender documents.
