Building and Interior Design for Renovation and Refurbishment of Ev. Community Center

Building and interior design services according to §§ 33 ff., 34 HOAI 2021 for the renovation and refurbishment of the former Evangelical Community Center in Plankstadt: The building, constructed in 1925 and modified multiple times, will have its ground floor and basement converted and upgraded for full-day care of Friedrichschule primary school children, including care areas, canteen/food distribution, kitchen functions, and ancillary/sanitary areas. A small portion of the usage is for food supply to a daycare facility. An energy-efficient renovation of the building envelope (roof, facade, windows/doors) is planned, as well as the renewal of building services and connection to district heating. The two upper floors, containing rented apartments, are not available for the care facility conversion. The current total investment framework is approximately 3,275,000 EUR gross. For the full-day care expansion, a grant approval of up to 1,430,690 EUR with an approval period until August 31, 2029, is available; compliance with grant-related requirements is of particular importance.
