Reconstruction of Ponik and Choroń Fire Observation Towers: Planning Documentation and Construction Works

Planning documentation and construction services for the reconstruction of fire observation towers: Preparation of complete project documentation, including a reconstruction concept, site development project, architectural-construction project, technical project, executive project, BiOZ information, bill of quantities, investor's cost estimate, and detailed technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (SSTWiOR). This also includes obtaining necessary permits such as a building permit, Natura 2000 declaration, and information from the water management authority (PGW Wody Polskie). Subsequently, construction works for the reconstruction of the fire observation towers are to be carried out. The contract is divided into two stages: Stage I involves the preparation of the project concept and, after approval, the complete project documentation, along with obtaining a legally binding building permit. Stage II comprises the execution of construction works according to the documentation, preparation of a work schedule, ensuring author's supervision during implementation, and preparation of as-built documentation.
