Reconstruction of two CZP buildings in Słupsk for psychiatric and rehabilitation day departments

Reconstruction of two former hospital buildings (Nos. 374 and 375) for the Mental Health Center in Słupsk: expansion of the adult psychiatric day department and establishment of a children's rehabilitation day department. The construction work includes site development and associated infrastructure, such as the reconstruction of the internal communication system with car parks, external installations for water, sanitary sewage, storm sewage with an underground retention tank, heating, electricity with outdoor lighting and monitoring, a photovoltaic installation, a waste shelter, a volleyball court, an outdoor gym, and the revitalization of the historical park layout. The works are to be carried out on plots No. 1062/3 and 1062/4 at ul. prof. Lotha and No. 1056 at ul. Obrońców Wybrzeża in Słupsk, based on construction permit No. 90/2024 dated 24.06.2024.
