Landscaping for Teutoburgstraße Sports Hall

Landscaping for the redesign of the surroundings of the Teutoburgstraße sports hall in Dresden-Striesen: upgrading, partial unsealing, and reorganization of existing open, path, and recreational areas. This includes the creation of new path connections and recreational areas, renewal or supplementation of surfacing, edgings, and furnishing elements, marking of movement and parking areas on existing asphalt, and partial reuse of existing materials. Greening of the area through tree and shrub plantings, lawn and meadow seeding, and supplementary vegetation-technical works. During execution, the ongoing operation of the sports hall, existing trees, and adjacent uses must be considered. Execution period: start 22.10.2026, completion 30.04.2027. Alternative bids are not permitted, multiple main bids are allowed. The award criterion is the lowest price. Proof of suitability must be provided through pre-qualification or a self-declaration of suitability. This includes information on turnover for the last three financial years, at least three references for comparable services from the last five calendar years, average annual employee numbers for the last three calendar years, registrations with chambers and registers, declarations regarding taxes, contributions, social and accident insurance, collective social security fund, exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG, insolvency proceedings, liquidation, and serious misconduct according to § 6a paragraph 2 number 7 VOB/A. A detailed cost breakdown (Urkalkulation) according to Formblatt 223 must be submitted upon request.
