Landscape construction works for the redesign of the after-school care area in Erich-Zeigner Allee: Removal and disposal of 22.5 m² concrete paving, 13 m³ gravel, 88 m concrete curb, 1 slide, 60 concrete planting rings, 0.6 m³ barefoot path (gravel, crushed stone, stones, concrete slab), 4.5 m² granite paving with asphalt layer, 366 m² lawn, and 20.2 m³ topsoil; removal, storage, and re-installation of 38 m³ topsoil; 127 m³ excavation and disposal; transport and installation of 117 m copper slag edging, 5 balancing stones; supply and installation of 7.5 m concrete curbstone, 3 robinia logs, 8 boulders, 66.4 m³ fall protection sand, 124 m² water-bound path surface, 5 m² concrete base for mosaic, 35 m² carpet fleece, 3 table-bench combinations, 35 m hexagonal mesh fence, 1 functional door (height 1.80 m), 1 sign for entrance gate, 1 trampoline, 4.5 m gabion wall (height 2.50 m), 22 m concrete cover plates for existing wall; supply and planting of 4 trees, 77 shrubs, 45 perennials; creation of 250 m² perennial and shrub plantings; supply and setting of 20 carrot plants; seeding of 200 m² lawn; dismantling and re-installation of 1 seating group. Execution period: 03.05.2027 to 12.11.2027. Alternative bids are not permitted, multiple main bids are permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. A security for contract fulfillment of 5% of the contract sum (incl. VAT, without amendments) is required if the contract sum is at least 250,000 Euro without VAT. Bidding consortia must be jointly and severally liable with an authorized representative. Bids must include a GAEB interface in XML format (X84). Bidder inquiries must be submitted up to 3 calendar days before the bid submission deadline.
