Implementation of personalized social support measures with financial management of social benefits (MASP): Services are procured via a framework agreement using purchase orders at unit prices. The initial duration is 1 year, renewable 3 times. Commencement is January 1, 2027, or upon notification at the latest. The maximum annual amount is 250,000.00 EUR net, totaling 1,000,000.00 EUR net with full renewals. The public service requires adherence to the republican principles of user equality, secularism, and neutrality.
