Conversion of CET II HOLBOCA to Natural Gas with H2-Ready CHP Units

Design, technical assistance, equipment procurement, and execution of works for the conversion of CET II HOLBOCA from coal to natural gas by installing new H2-ready Combined Heat and Power (CHP) units: Elaboration of technical documentation for permits and building permits, execution details, technical assistance during execution and reception phases, handover of as-built documentation and the technical construction book; manufacturing and delivery of technological equipment and machinery; execution of construction and related installation works including utility connections (natural gas, electricity, potable water, sewage) as well as installation of technological equipment and machinery including technological connections (electricity, natural gas, treated water, heating water, sewage); performance of technological tests and trials; training of operational personnel; commissioning of the investment objective, including demonstration of guaranteed performance; remediation of defects during the warranty period. The documentation is based on the Feasibility Study according to H.G. no. 907/2016 and H.C.L. 288/30.08.2024. Contract duration: 26 months, comprising 4 months for design and 22 months for execution of works.
