Relocation and new installation of utility and disposal services: basic and connection lines for sewage and rainwater, drainage facilities such as manholes, drainage gutters, and yard/floor drains; modification of rainwater discharge into a retention basin by installing a retention system with upstream sedimentation system and throttle shaft; installation of drainage in the service yard; demolition of existing sewage and rainwater lines and manholes outside the construction pit; temporary diversion of existing sewage and rainwater lines during construction; laying of empty conduit packages for drinking water and electricity supply, and a drinking water line in the service yard; including all necessary surface and earthworks; further items as per the bill of quantities.
