Environmentally friendly cleaning services for working premises of Regional Centers for Social Economy and Social Innovations

Cleaning services for working and service premises of the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy (MLSP) in six buildings of the Regional Centers for Social Economy and Social Innovations in Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Varna, Gabrovo, Lovech, and Plovdiv, including the provision of consumables. Services comprise current cleaning twice weekly per object and deep cleaning twice annually or four times per contract duration. Areas include in Blagoevgrad 7 rooms (215 m², parquet/laminate) and 2 service rooms (5 m², terracotta); in Burgas working, hall, and storage rooms (302 m² total: 167 m² marble/granite, 100 m² mosaic, 35 m² laminate), 2 service rooms (6 m², terracotta, 2 toilets, 3 sinks), and corridors/foyers (100 m², mosaic); in Varna working rooms (237 m² total: 200 m² laminate, 37 m² mosaic), 2 service rooms (18 m², terracotta, 4 toilets, 2 sinks), and corridors/foyers (20 m², mosaic); in Gabrovo working rooms (70 m², parquet/laminate), 1 exhibition hall (157 m², marble/granite), 3 service rooms (8 m², terracotta, 4 toilets, 4 sinks), corridors/foyers (20 m², mosaic), and storage rooms (20 m² mosaic, 20 m² laminate); in Lovech working rooms (390 m², parquet/laminate), 1 service room (30 m², terracotta, 2 toilets, 2 sinks), and corridors/foyers (60 m², mosaic); in Plovdiv working rooms (90 m², parquet/laminate), 4 meeting rooms (274 m², granite), 2 service rooms (30 m², terracotta, 4 toilets, 4 sinks), and corridors/foyers (60 m², mosaic/granite). Cleaning agents and consumables must comply with the environmental requirements of Ordinance No. H-1 of July 23, 2024, for products in public procurement, specifically the product group “Cleaning products and accessories” as per Annex No. 1 to Art. 4.
