Environmental modernization of the TATRA METALURGIE a.s. forge: Replacement of production lines and associated operational equipment with new technologies to meet current ecological and technical standards. The service involves a technological and functional reconstruction within the existing forge building, including construction modifications for the installation of modern production equipment. Included are supplies, construction works, technological components, and related services for the following operational units and construction objects: PS 10.400 Blasting equipment, PS 11.000 Forging grinding station, PS 12.100 Circular saws, PS 13.100 Machining centers, PS 13.200 3D scanner workstation, PS 15.000 Operational high-current distribution, electrical installation and lighting, PS 16.000 Piping systems, PS 17.000 Low-current distribution, PS 20 Site preparation and dismantling of existing equipment, SO 10 Construction modifications. Also included is the preparation of the necessary project documentation and all other related supplies, services, and construction works required for the proper and complete execution and commissioning of all equipment. Modernization of the TATRA METALURGIE a.s. forge: Replacement of outdated production lines and associated operational equipment with new technologies meeting current ecological and technical standards. The purely technological and functional reconstruction primarily takes place within the existing forge building. The new solution reduces environmental impacts, maintains original functionality, and increases automation, work hygiene, and production quality. This includes the delivery, assembly, complex tests, and commissioning of operational unit PS 10.200 Kovací linka (Forging line), as well as ensuring the readiness of the equipment for connection to the client's corporate network according to specification Art. 6.15 Annex 11 ZD (Technical Report) – PS 17.000 Slaboproudé rozvody (Low-current distribution). Detailed specifications are provided in Annex 11 ZD (Technical Report) and Annex 10 ZD (Binding Contract Proposal); only the supplies and services explicitly defined therein are part of the contract.
