Delivery of three amplifier/frequency multiplier chains for generating local oscillator signals to expand the CHAI submillimeter spectrometer: one frequency multiplier chain for the frequency range around 475 GHz and two frequency multiplier chains for the frequency range around 800 GHz, including necessary supply components and connection cables. The devices must be integrable into the existing CHAI system and compatible with currently used components, meeting specified requirements for output power, frequency range, waveguide connection, polarization, coolability, installation space, mass, and operation. External power supply units are permissible. Delivery, transport, insurance, and all ancillary services to the point of use are included.
