Maintenance and window cleaning for the AOK Haus Aachen, Markt 45, 52062 Aachen: approximately 1,461 m² floor area on the ground floor and basement, approximately 254 m² of simple glass surfaces on the ground floor and basement. The property is designed according to the "new working environments" principle and is frequented daily from Monday to Friday/Saturday. Office workstations are not permanently assigned and are left according to the "clean desk" principle, without personal items or roll containers/bins. Surface calculation is based on the pure floor area; additional surfaces of desks, cabinets, and kitchens must be calculated by the bidder. The annual scope for maintenance cleaning is approximately 324,000 m² of cleaning floor area with an estimated volume of approximately 60,000 Euro net. The annual scope for window cleaning is approximately 1,521 m² with an estimated volume of approximately 3,050 Euro net. The contract duration is six years, with an estimated total net volume of approximately 540,000 Euro for maintenance cleaning and approximately 27,650 Euro for window cleaning, including potential price increases. Special cleanings are planned twice a year, with a contract volume of approximately 5% of the annual net contract volume per cleaning, and will be commissioned separately. Object plans, equipment descriptions, and room directory are relevant for bid calculation, and a site visit is possible.
