Maintenance cleaning and periodic services for the Erlangen-Höchstadt District Office property, Nägelsbachstraße 1, 91052 Erlangen, covering two underground parking levels, the ground floor, and four upper floors. Areas to be cleaned include offices, administration rooms, meeting and multi-purpose rooms, sanitary areas, kitchenettes, social rooms, waiting areas, corridors, foyer, entrance areas, stairwells, elevators, functional rooms, storage and archive areas, examination and treatment rooms, underground parking, ramp, technical and supply rooms, and workshops. Services comprise cleaning and care of floor surfaces, other surfaces, and furnishings; hygienic and disinfecting cleaning; emptying and cleaning of waste and recycling containers including internal waste transport. The contractor provides cleaning machines, equipment, cleaning, working, and auxiliary materials, as well as waste bags. Organizational, documentation, and quality assurance measures, including an electronic quality assurance system, are also part of the service.
