Maintenance and basic cleaning services for the properties of Bezirkskrankenhaus Kaufbeuren and associated areas of Bezirkskliniken Schwaben WuF: regular, room group and frequency-based cleaning of floor surfaces, other surfaces, furnishings and equipment, cleaning and stocking of hygiene product dispensers, emptying and cleaning of waste and recyclable material containers, separate waste collection, and internal transport to collection points. Services cover office and administrative rooms, staff rooms, meeting, teaching, and common rooms, kitchens and kitchenettes, sanitary and changing areas, corridors, halls, foyers and entrance areas, stairwells, elevators, resident rooms, examination, treatment, and therapy rooms, soiled utility and sluice rooms, storage and archive areas, and technical and supply rooms. In addition to ongoing cleaning, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual cyclical services are included. The calculation documents comprise 1,374 room and area positions with a base area of approximately 31,706 m². The estimated annual cleaning area for regular maintenance cleaning is approximately 3.19 million m². Services are to be provided from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays, regularly until 07:30 AM or from 04:30 PM. The contractor provides skilled cleaning staff, including foremen and object management personnel, as well as all necessary cleaning and care products, machines, equipment, tools, cleaning textiles, personal protective equipment, and waste bags. The contract also includes the creation and ongoing updating of work, area, and cycle plans, as well as the execution and documentation of regular electronic quality controls. Basic and intensive cleaning, ad-hoc and special services, and additional disinfection measures, especially in epidemic or pandemic situations, are performed as needed and exclusively upon separate order. These include basic cleaning and treatment of various floor coverings, textile floor cleaning, intensive cleaning of sanitary and kitchen areas, chair and upholstery cleaning, small-area glass and frame cleaning, and other cleaning services based on time spent. Service provision adheres to legal occupational safety, hygiene, infection protection, hazardous substance, and data protection requirements, as well as object-specific safety regulations for a psychiatric hospital operation.
