Maintenance and deep cleaning of the Technical City Hall in Zittau: maintenance cleaning of 117,529 m²/year and deep cleaning of 2,008 m²/year. The service will be provided from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028. Alternative offers are not permitted. Invoicing is monthly, and electronic invoice submission is required. For qualification assessment, a room directory and calculation in Excel format, a cost breakdown, declarations, an evaluation scheme, proof of site visit, and a self-declaration of suitability must be submitted.
