Maintenance and Special Cleaning for LMBV's Senftenberg Site
Maintenance and special cleaning for the premises of the Lausitz remediation area and the headquarters at the Senftenberg site: approximately 382 rooms, approximately 11,251 m² of maintenance cleaning, approximately 620 m² of special cleaning (4 times annually). Cleaning services include offices, consultation rooms, kitchens, multi-purpose rooms, technical rooms, sanitary facilities, showers, changing areas, corridors, and the vehicle fleet. The provision of sanitary materials (toilet paper, hygiene bags, washing gel, paper towels) is also included. Required premises, equipment, and utilities such as electricity, water, and heating will be provided free of charge.
