Renovation of Fire Simulation Facility
Renovation of a fire simulation facility: complete renewal of the existing facility for training and exercise purposes. Dismantling and disposal of existing fire point technology (ground floor garage: gas bottle fire point, workbench, cascade, flashover liquid phase; upper floor bedroom: bed, bed box; upper floor kitchen: 2x tall cabinet, stove with flame pattern up to ceiling area, full fire simulation, window impulse). Delivery and installation of new gas-powered fire points (ground floor garage: gas bottle fire point, workbench, flashover gas, removal of flashover liquid gas; upper floor bedroom: bed, bed box; upper floor kitchen: 1x fired tall cabinet, 1x tall cabinet without flame, 1x stove, flashover gas), allowing simultaneous use of ground and upper floors, with adjustable flame height and power. Renewal of approx. 30 m² damaged Corten steel heat protection areas. Renewal of one thermally damaged door and 2 windows. Adaptation and renewal of gas supply and safety lines from the transfer point in the basement, including removal of the liquid phase. Integration of all fire points into the Profinet/Profisafe system. Delivery and installation of outdoor cabinets, sensors, safety components, valve technology, and combustion controllers. Execution of core drillings and penetrations. Laying of new control and supply lines to the control cabinet. Commissioning and trial operation with visual inspection after at least 20 fire cycles per fire point, adhering to specific criteria for soot deposits, functional impairments, flame formation, and contamination.
