The reception service includes staffing two gates (central gate 365 days / 24 hours; gate House 6 252 days / 24 hours), information service for visitors, monitoring visitor and supplier traffic, issuing keys and code cards, and maintaining a guard and report book. Furthermore, it includes taking over the client's Service Call and Emergency Center (SRN) Monday to Friday approx. 3:30 PM to 7:30 AM, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays 24 hours, including call answering, message forwarding, and documentation. Monitoring technical alarm systems and video recordings involves initiating measures in case of malfunctions, emergencies, fire alarms, elevator alarms, incidents, and bomb threats, checking the fault message printer, and controlling consumables. The patrol service Monday to Friday includes opening and closing rounds for 7 exterior doors and 2 roller gates, lock checks for approx. 60 doors in the tax offices and House 6, patrols on the ground floor of the tax office buildings with closing open windows and turning off lights, and a patrol in the basement and ground floor of the Gutleutkaserne with closing open windows. On weekends and public holidays, 3 patrols are to be conducted on the ground and basement floors of the tax offices (duration approx. 1-2 hours) at different times. Additional services include flag service, emptying mailboxes on Good Friday/Easter Monday, December 24th and 31st, and outdoor area patrol service. The offer must be based on a total of approx. 17,200 annual working hours.
