Maintenance cleaning: Cleaning and care of floors, walls, stairs, furniture, equipment, windowsills, radiators, doors with frames, sanitary facilities, washing and showering facilities, interior glass surfaces, mirrors, and stair railings at the locations AWZ Stade-Süd, AWZ Buxtehude, recycling centers Wedel, Oldendorf, and composting sites Harsefeld, Horneburg, and Sauensiek. The contract period starts on January 1, 2027, and ends on December 31, 2028, with an option for extension by two additional years until December 31, 2030, provided no termination occurs by March 31, 2028.
