Maintenance Cleaning Services for Lohjan Liikuntakeskus Oy and Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy

Maintenance cleaning services for sports facilities: Cleaning of Virkistysuimala Neidonkeidas, Lohja ice hall, and Sporttikeskus Tennari. The service supplements the client's internal cleaning staff in a hybrid model, with an estimated workload of at least 50 hours per week, excluding July. The service includes demanding special cleaning for sports facilities, performed on weekdays and weekends, but no night work. Cleaning tools, machines, detergents, and supplies, as well as their maintenance, are provided by the client. Three (3) preferred suppliers will be selected. The contract duration is two (2) years from 1.10.2026, with an option for two (2) extensions of one (1) year each. The estimated total annual value of the procurement is approximately 140,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT), of which 80,000.00 EUR is for Lohjan Liikuntakeskus Oy and 60,000.00 EUR for Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 700,000.00 EUR (excl. VAT).
