Maintenance measures for first-order water bodies: spring and autumn weed cutting using a weed cutting boat, tractor with mowing basket, and manual mowing, primarily in built-up areas. This includes embankment mowing with flail technology and manual work, as well as the storage or disposal of cuttings. Specific quantities: Watercourse weed cutting with weed cutting boat: 110,500 m²; Watercourse weed cutting with excavator: 65,000 m²; Watercourse weed cutting manually: 55,000 m²; Embankment mowing with tractor and flail mower: 120,000 m²; Embankment mowing manually: 14,000 m²; Disposal of weeds: 500 m³. Additionally, small hydraulic engineering measures such as the delivery and installation of deadwood elements, gravel, topsoil, boulders, wooden piles, and demolition work on masonry, concrete abutments, and steel structures. Wood clearing on first-order water bodies and water management facilities in built-up areas for traffic safety and maintaining flow profiles. Dike maintenance includes the removal of debris after floods, delivery and installation of equipment structures, removal of damage caused by wild animals and burrowing animals, simple crack repair, and extensive road construction repairs (dike defense and dike crest paths). Neophyte control involves targeted, permanent measures to suppress invasive species. The framework agreement duration is 4 years, with 3 years guaranteed and an optional extension of 1 year each. The estimated value of the framework agreement is 2,607,128.00 EUR (gross), with a maximum value of 3,350,000.00 EUR (gross).
