Teaching and Assessment of Common Curriculum Units for Hevosopisto
Teaching and assessment of sub-areas of common curriculum units (YTO) for students of Hevosopisto: This includes mandatory learning objectives in communication and interaction in the mother tongue (Finnish), in the second national language (Swedish), in a foreign language (English), in a digital environment, in art and creative expression, in mathematics and its application, in physical and chemical phenomena and their application, in physical education and health knowledge, and in the promotion of work ability and well-being; additionally, optional learning objectives in communication and interaction in a foreign language (English). Approximately 60–80 students are to be served, with about 30 percent studying institutionally and the remainder as multi-form students. Teaching is scheduled to begin in autumn 2026, with course scheduling to be agreed upon with the contractor. The service provider is responsible for activating students within the YTO study modules, reporting uncontactable students to Hevosopisto, and monitoring study progress and anticipating risks. Possible service models include: independent online teaching with active progress tracking and contact; a hybrid remote model with regular, teacher-led group guidance via remote connections; or a hybrid on-site model with teacher-led group guidance or workshops at Hevosopisto's premises or nearby.
